What is your minimum wholesale order?

Wholesale price is applied when purchasing 12 or more pieces.

Are taxes charged on my order?

Taxes are charged only for customers in California. To receive tax exempt status, you can create an account and email us a copy of your tax exemption certificate (sales tax license, seller's/reseller's permit, business license, etc.) to info@elgallo.us so we can update your account.

Is your inventory up-to-date?

Out of stock items will be marked "Sold Out". Please visit our online shop regularly or email us at info@elgallo.us if you would like to receive an estimated restocking time of a specific item.

We prioritize keeping our inventory levels accurate and up-to-date as possible. We apologize in advance if any items from your order are out of stock.

We will notify you immediately if any items from your order are out of stock to discuss how you would like to proceed whether through substitution/replacement or a refund.

Do you provide free shipping?

We do not offer free shipping at this time.

How can I place an order?

You can place an order online by simply adding your items to the cart and securely checking out via one of our payment methods. The shipping address must match the billing address. We do not accept orders via phone or email.

How can I check my order status?

You can check you order status online on the customer account portal. After successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation email once the order is processed, and a shipment confirmation email once the order is shipped.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept multiple payment methods including Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, and more. The shipping address needs to match the billing address.

When will I get my order?

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days excluding Saturday's, Sunday's and U.S. holidays and shipped Monday through Friday only. Orders will be shipped same-day if placed before 12 PM (PST). Arrival of order can take 5-7 business days.

How can I close my account?

Please email info@elgallo.us with the subject line “Close Account” to permanently close your account.

Do you have sales, discounts or promos?

We have sales, discounts or promos throughout the year. Please look out for email notifications and banners on our website.

Do you offer custom embroidery?

Custom Embroidery Orders require a minimum order of 24 pieces.
